
John is a member in good standing of the national, state, & local associations of Realtors. He is also a 50 year member of Egypt Temple Shrine in Tampa, FI. The Olin S Wright Masonic lodge #79 in Plant City, Florida. Member of the Broken Spoke Club of the Hillsborough County legislative Delegation. And Past President of the Plant City lions Club.
John understands that the purchase of a home is often the largest purchase a person will make in their lifetime. He believes Realtors have an obligation to be well educated to provide the level of service and protection their client's deserve. He is constantly furthering his knowledge and has earned the designations of GRI, CDPE,CNE & TRC.
His work ethic didn't start in the real estate industry, but followed him from his past career. He was awarded the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce award for Distinguished and outstanding leadership to the Community of Brandon and the State of Florida. An award for service to Hillsborough County by The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, legislator of the year award by the Florida Education Association, and is the Past Speaker Pro-Tem as well as the past Speaker Elect of the Florida House of Representatives, during his time as a Member of The Florida House of Representatives from 1966 to 1980. John was also President of Ryals Homes, Inc a Florida home building and land development company that built and sold many homes in the Brandon, Florida area.
Interests
John owns a 1997 Harley Davidson Road King and enjoys riding with his friends in his spare time. He is also a member of the West Coast HOG Chapter in St. Pete and the Old Town HOG Chapter in Brandon, Florida
